Yksi Street Over - mökki meren rannalla!

Olemme avoinna vuokralle 1. huhtikuuta - 31. lokakuuta. Kirjaamme lauantaista lauantaihin ja vähintään 7 yön. Vuokraamme vähintään 3 yötä, jos vuokra-päivämäärät ovat vielä käytettävissä ja ovat kuukauden tai vähemmän saapumispäivästä. Esimerkiksi saapumispäivä on 7. elokuuta 2019, harkitsemme vähintään 3 yötä 7. heinäkuuta 2019 alkaen. Rakastamme työskennellä perheiden kanssa, joissa on enintään kaksi lemmikkieläintä. Pidämme lisämaksua maksua vastaan. Rakastamme työskennellä kaveriporukalla niin kauan kuin ryhmä on huomaavainen ympäröivistä naapureista eikä häiritse naapurustoa. Naapureidemme huomioon ottaen emme toimi yhdessä nuorten ryhmien kanssa, jotka ovat ikäisiä ja alle 23-vuotiaita, tai vanhemmista ihmisistä, jotka aikovat juhlia paljon alkoholia.

Tervetuloa E Sea U! Löydät rauhaa ja rentoutumista tässä viehättävässä Beach Beachin rannalla. Tämä ihastuttava asunto sijaitsee keskellä monia valintoja sinulle ja perheellesi nauttia. Olemme lähellä: kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä merestä, yhden korttelin päässä järvestä, 0,6 kilometrin päässä Carolina Beach Centeristä ja lyhyen matkan päässä monista hienoista ruokapaikoista. Meidän mökki edessä sekä South Lake Park Blvd & Carolina Beachin kaduilla. Voit kävellä Carolina Beach Centeriin kevyesti käytetyllä yhdellä kaistalla päällystetyllä kadulla tai kävellä rannalla. Carolina Beach Centerillä on huvituksia lapsille, Frankin herkullisia pizzoja ja Brittin munkkeja. Ihmiset odottavat linjan yli tunnin päästä Brittin munkkeja.

Tässä mökissä on keittiö ja perhehuone, jossa on ihanat laattalattiat. Keittiössä on mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Olitpa sitten aterioida baarissa tai pöydässä, voit nauttia "Beachy" tuntuu, että tämä talo on tarjolla. On kolme makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa on queen-vuode ja kovat puulattiat. On kaksi kylpyhuonetta joista toisessa kylpyamme ja toisessa on suihku. On pitkä / kuuma ulkosuihku, jossa on pukeutumisalue niille pitkille kuumille päiville auringossa. Sunroomissa on vyöryä, mikä tarkoittaa, että on tilaa nukkua 8 mukavasti. Rakastat ainutlaatuista "pukeutumispöytäaluetta", jonka avulla talon nainen voi viettää enemmän aikaa valmistautua kävelyyn johonkin ravintoloista tai kaupoista. Meillä on pysäköinti neljälle autolle, yksi talon alle ja kolme parkkipaikkaa peräkkäin mökin takana. Mökin alla oleva alue on peitetty betonilla, jossa vuokralaiset nauttivat varjossa istumisesta viileän tuulen kanssa viettää aikaa perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Mökin takana on kaksi rantaa, jotka ovat kummallakin puolella suunnilleen saman matkan päässä mökistä. Olet rannalla kahden minuutin kuluttua siitä, kun olet lähtenyt mökistä.

Olen sitoutunut tarjoamaan vieraillemme loma-asunnon, joka tekee ihania muistoja koko loppuelämänsä ajan. Pidämme paikkamme puhtaana ja tyylikkäästi rannalla. Haluaisimme työskennellä kanssasi. Olemme joustavia ja kutsumme kysymyksiisi.





Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Carolina Beach (ranta). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Nice Thanksgiving stay!

Cute cottage. Roomy. Convenient to everything. Could use more comfortable living room fur iture and the dryer didnt work which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully there was a laundry mat just across the street. Plus Butts and Such has such good food, also just across the street!

Great Property in CB

This traditional CB beach cottage was modern and comfortable. Lots of room. Very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Near everything. Walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Right across the street from a favorite, the Veggie Wagon. The beach is across the street with two beach access walkways close by.

We had a great week at this lovely beach house. The AC went out on a very hot day, and we were amazed when it was repaired in just a couple of hours! We could not have had a better experience.

Amazing Vacation

We absolutely loved this place. We were one block off the beach. We could walk to anywhere we needed to. The home was clean and ready for us. This is the first place we had to make up our beds to start but no problem. We would stay here again. One of our favorites.

The location was on a busy road with a lot of noise. Could use a good word document with house rules and details about what’s available. Didn’t find out until the end of the week the property had a washer and dryer. Grill was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t rent the location again.

Family Vacation

We stayed here and loved it! The set up of the house was perfect for our family. My parents and brother took the rooms off of the kitchen and shared the bathroom. My husband and I and our 2 kids (ages 2 and 6 months) took the rooms in the back and shared a bathroom. We could block off our section of the house for nap time without anyone else being bothered or having to be silent. We loved the outdoor shower and how the laundry was located outside of the beach house so we could do wash without disturbing anyone. The host was awesome. Our vacation was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Space

Very well done beachy Cottage located in great area & close to walk to Boardwalk & Restaurants. Loved sitting on porch with our dogs watching the variety of people walk by & traffic. Close walk to beach & the outside shower was a hit with the guy in the family. We cooked in several times & could have used a large pot for boiling Shrimp but we made due with what was there - the grill was not clean which we would have used - maybe consider a Gas grill? Except for some new kitchen items it was a great layout for a family & nice we were able to bring our 4 legged babies 🐾🐾

Perfect getaway

This house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the outdoor shower. It is a very short walk to the beach. So conveniently located to stores and restaurants that we didn't have to drive hardly at all during our stay. Will maintained, clean, and a great location!

Lovely Beach Cottage

The cottage was very well kept, with everything we needed and more! We really liked the beachy decor and different themes in the rooms. Linens were included, and the dog pen was a plus. Additionally, the owners were very nice to work with. We hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing the cottage with us!

Family Friendly with Great Location

Second time at this location, two years apart. This home has been in the owner's family for decades, using the home themselves during the year. Great for families with 4 bedrooms,. everything you need kitchen, kid books games boogie boards. We appreciate their pet policy, and our pups love the walks around beach town and on the sand. House has everything. Walking distance to town. Fast food and organic store across the street. Cross the alley to the beach. Walking park less than a block to watch birds and exercise. Great stay!

Family beach vacation

Great vacation

The house was as described, very short walk to the beach, it was comfortable for 7 people. The owner was very responsive and met me at the property for check in. The house was clean, but it’s definitely an older house, however everything works. Our favorite was the outdoor shower, very helpful with kids. There were plenty of towels, and the house is walking distance to the boardwalk and Kure fishing pier.
