The condo building is located right next to the largest boat ramp in the area. Walk along the new deck beside the boat ramp and fish with the locals.

Anny, the property manager was always a phone call away and was quick to answer any questions we might have had regarding places to go or things to do. the full time residents We're super friendly and we're a absolute pleasure to interact with. Cozy, quiet, convenient, pet friendly.

We stayed the weekend. Check in was simple. The large parking lot made parking our Chevy Express Extended Van easy. We always had a spot. We took our dog for a hike along Snows Cove and saw a beautiful sunset. Later that evening we walked to the boat access to watch the moon rise. Saturday we kayaked the Cape Fear Rover and visited Shark Tooth Island. Saturday We learned of a golf cart shuttle. we used it to get a ride home from Island Beverage. It is a Friday bar near Michael’s Seafood.the cart ride is 10$ per person. The location is quiet. Convenient as we needed to visit Food Lion once. We also felt safe walking at night.The bedroom has an air system that also act as white noise. Would visit agaon.

Convenient location & great property owners

Cute little unit that has some serious potential! Our only reserve about this unit was it did smell like a previous smoker lived there or it maybe it is absorbing cigarette smoke from the unit below it..I do not believe this is to the fault of the new owners, but it was very noticeable to my husband and I when we walked in. The refrigerator was not working, but the owners/property manager were great about bringing a replacement mini fridge right away. They are very responsive and made the process very easy. I give them 5 stars for sure!
