Property location was perfect direct access to ocean front beach access. Walking distance of everything you need. Property itself is quirky, communicating with the Host, had to ask specific ways to open and lock door, we never received anything in VRBO 3 days as listed on check in had to ask directly to host it was to be posted day of arrival nothing again, another message to host. Small unit ok for 2, stove randomly goes to timer, ceiling fan light randomly turns on and the worst air conditioning noise drowning out TV and ability to hear anything while running. This means nothing if your there to stay on beach however you do have to be in condo for rain and sleep.

The Breezes

Very clean exterior and I really liked the fact that property was gated. The room had an amazing view to the ocean and was minutes away from shopping and dining. I did notice baby roaches crawling across the kitchen counter tops Friday and Saturday night after returning from dinner. I killed total of 5 and there was various stains on the carpet in the living area in front of the sofa.

Absolutely perfect

This was my spouse and I first ocean front view room in our lives and it was nothing short of perfect. We spent so much time on balcony just observing the breathtaking views. The condo has everything that you need to have the best vacation ever. Bed was comfortable, couch was comfortable and communication with owner was great. Loved that it was gated so felt so safe.

Great place to stay in Carolina Beach

This property is in a great location! Walk to any and everything you could need, and right on the ocean. The balcony views are great, and the conscience factor a huge plus. The remodel of the property is very thoughtful, and for a short stay has everything you could need. The space is small, but perfect for a couple for a few nights. Communication with property manager could have been better, and we are hoping that was a fluke because this property is great.

Small, clean, cozy and great location

Cannot beat the view and location! Condo is clean and cozy. A little small with limited place to put 2 suitcases in the bedroom and no mirror anywhere else but bathroom so 2nd person can get ready while 1st person showers is a little challenging. Easily solvable w another mirror hung in the house. Location and view WELL WORTH IT!
