Disliked: Staff & service
The lobby was closed at 6:42pm when I tried to check-in. I called the emergency number posted on the lobby door and the person who answered was impolite and did not seem to care at all. Advised me to handle it with the 3rd party.
The front desk clerk is excellent she goes over and beyond also the maintenance guy is great to he tries to help as much as he can..Me personally feel like if they get rid of the people with the cats.It would be a better place the cat urine smell is unbearable in some of the rooms.
