My time at Bondi Estudio was generally great! It’s right in front of the beach, the rooms were super cold (which was great for the heat), and most everything was beautiful! They had security guards on the property 24/7 which was great! Although it’s right on the beach, it’s not the most walkable area just because of the busy streets. It is a 5 minute drive to the walled city, which was super convenient. I would have loved to walk there but I was concerned slightly for my safety, as the area outside of the hotel did not seem completely secure. My only issues were when I got to the hotel, the sheets on the bed had stains and there were a good amount of ants on the floor. They sent someone up immediately to help; she changed the sheets and swept away the ants. After this night, there were never as many ants but a few would always linger. These same ants were also on the rooftop so I had to regularly swipe them away when laying to tan. That would be my only critique. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back, I would just love for them to address the ants if possible!

The suite was in a beautiful 12 story building across from the Marbella beach area. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and the city skyline. We also had a chance to swim in the rooftop pool and lounge in the large jacuzzi. The rooftop bar had a great selection of drinks. All the staff was excellent, although the reception “desk” could be more responsive (don’t look at your phone while a guest is asking you a question). Also the lobby cafe had great coffee and food.

We stayed here for one evening and it was a great place! The style and layout is what attracted us and it was much better in person. We did have one issue with our stay which is why I deducted one star from our overall rating. And what really flattered us was that the Bondo team had sent a letter and complimentary desert to our next hotel within 1 hour of our arrival. Not many would go above and beyond sych as the Bondo Team did. Thank you!!

Le logement était beau, grand, très propre et bien aménagé. Nous avons profité des piscines sur le toit et la vue y est magnifique. Il est à noter que l'emplacement est assez bruyant. Également, nous aurions apprécié que de l'eau potable soit disponible facilement au lieu d'avoir à en acheter à l'extérieur. Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel! :) 5/5

Communication wasn't good at all. The ladies who worked at the 1st cafe showed ZERO communication with us. When we wanted to order, we had to put the menu in their faces EACH time for a simple acknowledgement. The laundry's option was off site with absolutely no one able to tell us exactly what times we could get it done when we clearly asked several times. One of the 2 elevators were down most of our stay. The rooftop pool was okay but the hot tub pool never got hot. The only time we enjoyed that place is taking an Uber to go somewhere else! We were not impressed and would not stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Bondo. We had an awesome view of the beach from our balcony. The rooftop pool and bar was a huge plus for nights that we wanted to stay in. The front staff was very kind and helpful. Our only negative experience was a lack of housekeeping. We had left for three days to explore the islands and requested a single housekeeper visit during that time which did not occur; other than that small mishap I would rate this 5 stars. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Close to the airport and seamless travel to the downtown area.

Upon arrival we noticed that the room was not clean enough. Also there were ants running around the rooms. The bathrooms were not up to par I noticed water leaking from the base of the toilet. The shower need to be updated with smaller shower head the drains need to be located in the center of the shower to prevent water overflowing. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The cafe food was very good, the menu were both in English and Spanish very good selection of food. Love the roof top pool with bar, drinks were very well made and the view are great.

Our stay at Bondo Estudio was fantastic. No complaints from my girlfriend and I. Very central location close to everything and 5min drive from the airport. I’d also like to highlight Nelson Romero’s hospitality. Any question or recommendation we asked for, he had an answer and was always willing to help! I would highly recommend this stay and if you have any questions about the city ask for Nelson!

The hostess and staff at Bondo Estudio were very helpful and did an excellent job. The place looks as it does online. I would not get an apartment. We barely used the livingroom due to how close it was to the studio apartment seperated by a door. Concrete floors and walls. There were ants in our apartment. In the bathroom. There is mold starting to grow on the shower floor due to poor design.

The basic rooms are as basic as you can get. There was no fridge, no bin, no chair and no table. Just a bed and TV. The balcony wasa a share one with the neighboring room. There was a hole in the window still which meant my room was infested with bugs everyday.They also only offer room cleaning on a certain number of days (1 cleaning for my 4 days). The rooftop pool is small but nice. There is no breakfast and the cafe on the ground floor is pricey. Staff were friendly.

Pros and cons. Thin walls means it is very noisy which sucks. Need to schedule cleanings rather than it being included daily. Was able to stay for an additional couple nights due to a flight cancellation and the process was seamless. WiFi was free but didn’t reach my room and despite telling the staff about it, it was not fixed the entire time. Balcony had a bunch of plants on it and you couldn’t go outside. The cafe downstairs never had change for bills. Dude this is a hotel, how do you not have change for a 20,000 Colombian currency? That was probably the most irritating. I also didn’t have a garbage in my room which was awkward. I stayed for 10 days, someone get be a garbage!
