Totally awesome. Property is vert safe and they have security that looks out for you. The only issues were with the airports, not enough time to connect from Bogota to Cartegena, need at least two hours. And when flying out, showed up at 5 for a flight that left at 6:20, there was no one to check me in? Also, be aware of the massage vendors. Got a 20 minute foot massage and the gal charged me 350 mil pesos. Be sure to ask how much up front. But the rest of the stay was absolutely worth the price. Great city, great people, great experience. Bondo is great and the Texas steak house also fabulous.

This property is on the beach. Beautiful views and 2 roof top pools with bar and some fresh made food items. Th staff was awesome and eager to please and assist. The upgraded appt. Included a kitchen. Modern A/C u it's in each room we're effective and extremely quiet. 12 ft high ceiling made you feel very comfortable not cramped. I highly recommend this property.

The patio was covered in vines and couldn’t be used also the air conditioning unit was blowing hot air into the room whenever the patio was open. All week only one of the two elevators was working. The room was connected to another room through a door and we could hear and smell everything the neighbors did and cooked. We had to pay extra for turn down service and were only given towels one time for a 7 day stay with no wash clothes. The body wash bottle that was on the wall was empty on day one and had to go buy my own.

This is a very unique place. The rooms are beautifully decorated and with very good taste. The rooftop is absolutely stunning and the views are incredible. You can relax in either the pool or the jacuzzi and indulge yourself with some local food at the little bar they have on the rooftop. The also have a wide variety of drinks. Everything was delicious. The lobby restaurant is also absolutely delicious!!! From the coffee to the food to the desserts and the snacks; everything is made fresh and tastes great!! There was not one thing here that did not taste absolutely amazing. The customer service here is top of the line, for real. They took care of every single detail, gave suggestions/recommendations, would respond right away to any request. They were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. Everyone was amazing. The beach is right across the street and the famous Cartagena letters are there. The hotel is located in an area that is not touristy like Bocagrande, so there’s not much to do around. You’ll have to make your way to the downtown (Walled City) or Bocagrande which are only like 5-10 minutes away depending on where you’re going, however it’s like 5 minutes away from the airport which is very convenient. I would come back to this hotel anytime.

The property was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The view was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the rooftop pools and bar. Food was delicious at the restaurant and the rooftop. The only thing we had a bad experience with was being told we owed a large sum of money as we where checking out for bringing to guests back that was not at all disclosed ahead of time and could only be paid in cash. It seemed very suspicious. We had no cash on us as we were robbed by the police in Barranquilla the day before so we had nothing to pay. We told them this was unacceptable as it was not at all discussed before and they let it slide but it seem very fishy that it was thrown at us last minute and it had to be cash. It’s a beautiful spot and we really enjoyed our stay. Just make sure to have a copy of the policy handy and confirm with the front the rules on guests. All and all though we would stay here again.
