It's a great resort It has a lot of pool options for you a lot of restaurants to go to The golf part of the resort is not free and it's expensive to participate. Quick tip they do provide transportation to the city via bus or taxi but always ask the resort how much it would cost to get back and forth never the taxi drivers they are running a side business and they will charge you more than the resort would. Also get your money exchanged at the airport they do have a machine in the resort but it does not work. Other than these small drawbacks the resort was okay I enjoyed myself The room service is great in the concierge service was very attentive to our needs.

The property was average. I had an ocean view which was nice, the bed and pillows were comfy but the shower floor was not sloped properly so water filled up and went outside the door so I had to sweep the water with my feet to the corner drain for it to go down. The toilet is low for kids, I had to request and iron/board and the iron leaked/sprayed water everywhere. The carpet in the hallway was badly stained and coming apart, the room exterior door was badly scuffed and the lobby couches were stained and filthy. I went to all of the restaurants except Portafino. Oceania was below average. The buffet was average but the Seaside restaurant was good. The lobby restroom had 4 stalls that were locked, I assume because they were out of order and the two that were usable were out of tissue and not maintained well. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating but the hotel in general needs maintenance. I took pictures but don’t see where I can upload them.

The property can use more dining options, especially for dinner. A room specifically for a night club would be ideal as well as more variety of music genres. The property can offer more activities during the day, as well as make sure they show on the app. Spa was great, pool area was also nice. Customer service was awesome. Rafel was awesome, he helped with our bags and assisted with getting us a taxi. He was always available and willing to help.

I enjoyed Columbia but disappointed in Dreams... I'm pescatatian and only option was the same fish, tbe menu reslly didn't chsnge and wss not fan of buffey. I even paid for the upgrade ay itslian restaurant and as most of everything I ate, mo flabor.. All food was served watmed at best, mot one hot dish and all made to order. Outside of most staff not speaking english, whicj is a first and I've traveled all over the world, so I could never get across what I was asking fpr. Also not enough explanation ehen booking excursions. I understand this is Spanish speaking country bit staff shpuld be able to communicate. Also after 11pm, there is basically nothing to do amd all entertainment catered to spanish guests for most part.

This property was beautiful, very clean, safe, and all the staff was awesome. The premier club was well worth the upgrade. It was like our own private location to hang out with the group we traveled with. The club had food and top shelf alcohol available. Several pools and bars to visits. I would definitely return to this property and country if I was solely thinking of the resort and beautiful weather. I must advise you to be prepared for long lines at customs. We waited 2.5 hours in the heat and the people the previous day had a 4 hour wait.

The staff was friendly & attentive. However, the hotel's musical amenities only caters to the Spanish culture and no ther culture. People of other cultures were observed sitting around and not able enjoying the musical amenities due to a language barrier.
