The unit is friendly for reduced mobility guest. Located in the traditional neighborhood Torices, a centric area near all city landmarks. 4 blocks from the Marbella Beach, 5 min. taxi to the airport, city wall, 10 min to clock tower, and Castillo San Felipe.

The Jacuzzi that was listed was no longer available but was definitely pictured in the listing. Because of that we were accommodated for a few days to a Villa within the walled City that was very nice. But for the last 3 days of our stay we returned back to Hogarden, this villa. In less than 24 hours one of my friends who came back to the villa with his girlfriend was held at gun point and almost robbed but the UBER driver stepped in and challenged the gunman and put my friend back into the car until we arrived. Then we found out that the area is drug infested and gang infested. The front gate does lock and there were cameras that were no help and no one seemed to know how to operate them to show the police what happened. And the police never came. I feel that armed security should have been offered along with detailed information about the neighborhood and the risk, but it was not. After informing the host of the incident, she told us she went to the police station, nothing was ever done to our knowledge and we were not reached out to for any type of apology or a way to make it right. Other than that the Host Dalia is Amazing!!!

Was not clean, kitchen was not what we expected.

We were very happy with the size of the house, was great for the amount of people we had in our group. But, the house was just dirty, dusty….. we walked in with hair on the floor of some bathrooms. Kitchen was very very dirty, floors were worse. Windows seemed like they have never been cleaned….. appliances were old and barely working. People were nice but it was difficult to overlook the state of the kitchen and dirt on most of the house.
