Ok where do I start, no sure how this property got a high review but has to be the worst property I have ever stayed in. Was nosiy, next door neighbors kept banging at something at nights, property smells bad, not as pictured on the ad. Limited selection to menu, very difficult to communicate as the had no one on staff that speaks English. Aac barely worked, limited selection on TV and was not like I could switch to Netflix or YouTube as the TV was not smart. Internet-service was also vet sporty. I also needed to check out Ealy due to my wife giving birth and the refused to cancel my remaining reservations. Terrible day experience.

The staff were amazing. The places needs an update. Wha I didn’t like is that I had to kill two cockroaches in my room. And there was a bad smell in the bathroom shower. Beds were ok. A table in the room would have been nice to have a place to put my things down on.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Super close to the beach and the Cartagena sign. WiFi wasn’t working properly for me there at the time but I enjoyed my stay. Fresh good food available.

The only positive thing I can say about the hotel is that our night check in guy was nice and accommodating, although he wanted to charge us 8k per person for some unspecified fee that was not detailed on our reservation. We didn’t pay last night but ended up paying this morning just to get out of there. We were over it. Room? We paid for a King, got a Queen bed. Ants in the shower, grimy bedding, thin blankets. No soaps or literally anything extra in the bathroom. Water smelled like sulfur. Tv sort of worked. Loud noises in the street all night. Location is off the strip on a dirty, dusty side street. I’ve stayed in $10/night hostels that were nicer. Save yourself the headache and spring for the extra $30 to stay at an actual hotel. This place is disgusting.

Atrocious!! And rude staff

Low quality, poor standard and rude staff. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was atrocious to say the least. The room was not as advertised. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom (and smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years), there were no towels, bedroom lamps, there was only one working blind in the main room as it was broken so gave no privacy to the street and facing apartments. There was also no WiFi or Cable tv as advertised If this was not bad enough. I left the hotel the next morning thinking I had a booking for 2 nights and on returning that evening I was told my booking was only for 1 night and that I works have to pay a $80,000 pesos charge for late checkout. I explained that their must have been some mistake as the booking should have have been for 2 nights, but the manager ‘John’ arrogantly this was all my own fault and that is I wanted my things or wanted another night, I would have to pay for another night. After a lengthy dispute over the fact he, or any members of staff made any attempt to contact me about the check out, the manger (John) decided to offer the room without the checkout charge for the same price as the night before. Except for the fact he started making up te prices from the top of his head as the price kept changing. He finally tried to charge me $322,000 pesos and again arrogantly claimed this was the price I had paid for the previous night. Only after I was able to find the receipt for the payment in my bank app would

From the time we checked in everyone was so gracious! Breakfast was amazing overlooking the beach and we had Jimmy to greet us from time to time. The ladies we’re all smiles when they came and asked what we wanted from the menu . They were very informative and would definitely come back again.

Horrible scenery, basically no scenery. Window shades had to be drawn all day for privacy as curtains were not available. Too far from proper beach or other areas of interest. Room, and bed very rubbed down.

Was an easy walk (10 to 15 mins) or cheap taxi to the old town. Clean room and all staff were incredibly friendly. Jimmy, the owner, also had great recommendations for unique things to check out while we were there.
