My issue is with what you charged me for a small amount of Laundry. It was over $100 US plus tax. I did not know how much it was when I checked out as it is in Columbian Pesos. It should not have been more than $20 US. I feel like you just stole money from me.

Hard to keep the room cool and dry but was able to sleep fine most nights. however, staff was amazing. very attentive and nice. had a great time by the pool and beach. great food for lunch and gratis breakfast was very convenient for days when we went on excursions

The reason I’m not giving 5 stars are the beach pictures the hotel is displaying on the website. The beach sand/water looks really nice but in actuality it’s not, water is not clear at all and the sand is dark. The reason I picked the hotel was because of how it looked. It’s deceiving!

I would definitely stay here again. We didnt utilize the beach access or the pool. Its safe walking distance from bars and dining. There is always a cab available $5 ($20mil) pretty much anywhere. I would only ask that they provide face towels for the room.
