This property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful despite not speaking much English but would find another staff that does. Breakfast was incredible, lots of choices but they need to replace the only one toaster that did not work properly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

El hotel es pequeño pero acogedor. Los empleados son super serviciales, y amables. Andrea, Luis, Jesús, y la cocinera son super! Oz Luxury is an amazing facility! I received an upgrade to a top floor room with a balcony overlooking the city. The room was a tad small, however, very very nice! My ONLY caveat was I was charged an extra fee upon checkout. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged $50k COP because I ate in the bed and spilled food on the white comforter. I couldn't complete the check out until someone inspected the room! Other than that, I'd highly recommend this facility. The staff is second to none! They are friendly, helpful, insightful, and have protocols in place to ensure the safety of their guests! Lastly, EVERYONE should visit the rooftop lounge! It is picturesque and very relaxing!

The beach is less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Shopping center directly across from the hotel and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My first time in Cartagena and I walked around with zero problems and never felt unsafe. I loved it there.

This was a terrible experience staying here. Before checking in, I upgraded my room to the Junior Suite. However, since i was coming in a day later I added my friend name to the reservation & when she checked-in, the room they gave us was small as a shoe box. It was EXTREMELY small!!! I messaged the hotel on WhatsApp about the matter & was told I would get switched to the correct room in the morning but when I went to the front desk in the morning I was told they didn’t that room available. Long story short, what I was being told over WhatsApp and what the reception told me was always different things. I provided screenshots of my booking and everything. We did not get moved into the proper room until our last night staying there. The receptionist had a very bad attitude and was not helpful.. Also the walls are son thin I constantly heard the person in the room next to us on the phone having casual conversation.
