Overall our experience was great! Check in and check out was fast. They do have currency exchange if you need. I would definitely recommend the breakfast on site as there is an abundance of choices for all. The hotel is located walking distances from the beach. The street behind the hotel is full of commerce including restaurants, shopping mall and groceries. It was extremely convenient to be able to walk to the stores at any time of the day. The colonial area ( Wall City/Getsemani) is about 12 minute car ride. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal, from Ricardo, Maria, Jesus, Cristian. I am missing a lot of names. They were exceptional.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y modernas. El servicio al cliente es insuperable siempre dispuestos a ayudar con early check in y late check out. Al cruzar la calle está la playa donde se pueden alquilar sillas y sombrillas para pasar el día. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Outstanding! The breakfast was excellent!!! They had your typical breakfast buffet with omelet station, fresh fruits, fresh juices, etc. The pool was beautiful overlooking the ocean. The food by the pool and room service was very good as well. Uber works there and it's super cheap. There are shops and restaurants all around. The beach was nice but the vendors drive you nuts. Just keep saying no Thank you to whatever they are selling. Overall this hotel was amazing and would definitely go again!!!
