What a great hotel in a great location! Nice beach where you can rent chairs and an umbrella for 12 dollars or so for the day. Beautiful pool rooms are amazing ant the breakfast buffet is amazing!

Got upgraded because the transport forgot to pick us up. Then after going to the room a couple with crying babies were our neighbors and we could hear all. So got back to our original room where a couple fighting everyday at all hours were our neighbors. The guy was drunk all the time and the staff were keen to talking to them even with their own security until i said that if they dint do it i would go knocking on their door. Finally they talked to the couple and they behaved for a couple hours but it was everyday for 4 days and basically at any hour. Walls for some reason let you hear almost sll hapenning in the room next to you….

Best in Cartagena

This hotel is definitely one of the best in Cartagena and especially on the Boca Grande side. I've stayed at this hotel at least four times and will continue to stay at it when I go down to Cartagena. This hotel is top notch beautiful great food and great service. The hotel is very clean very modern and have some of the best views from the pool area that is overlooking the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Everything was very well kept! The pool is kid friendly and just about everything is walking distance. The staff is amazing and our transportation person Alex was 1000/10. Very helpful and kind! Also the building itself is very safe!
