Great little space, clean, basic necessities, lots of towels.Has a musty smell (maybe clean A/C's), TV in bed room should be replaced, no instructions for how things work, eg stove, washing machine, where garbage goes, etc.I have a rental property I include a booklet with instructions re: garbage disposal, expectations of how rental should be left upon check out. That way there are no extra charges for not leaving unit as expected.

Great unit , clean and functional. Owner was very responsive. Only took off a star because the view from the balcony in the photos are now since blocked by a massive upcoming building being built. New photos would help the guests get a real perspective.

Good but not perfect

The condo was clean however the jacuzzi/ hot tub didn’t work throughout my stay. That was a big bummer as it was one of the reasons we booked the place. Communication with the host was good, yet the hot tub couldn’t be fixed in time. The Hammock was also not available and the view was not as advertised. There was considerable construction that made the view an eyesore and was very noisy early in the morning. I was told the construction has been going on for months and it will take a year to complete the hotel building. It’s right next to this condo and it took away from the experience. Lucky the host refunded me a 1/3 of what my stay cost.
