Everything about this place is simply horrible. Ricardo the owner got very angry at me when i simply asked him to chain up or lock away this aggressive gray and white pit bull and other dog that looked muttish. I explained to him that I was bitten by a pit bull last year unprovoked and Im still dealing with the trauma. He told me the dogs were adopted and they bar but don’t bite. I guess he’s counseled the dogs. Secondly, I paid for a king bed online to get a queen bed. The room was small and drab. The closet door which was huge would not open, so i could not use it to store my clothes. Bathroom is outside room across the hallway. Me and Ricardo got into an argument about the room
Because he was trying to justify the false advertising and couldn’t understand that not everyone likes dogs. I asked him to please cancel my reservation and refund my money because I did not get what I paid for and his expedia advertisement was very misleading and said nothing about aggressive pit bulls running around without leashes barking at customers. Place is at dead end street and very dangerous only one way out. Parking is horrible!He would not cancel and refund me. I left and found another hotel. Thats how bad the experience was.
