In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, ID card, etc.).

- Estimated time of arrival

Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.



Important Information for Guests



-Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, please note that additional charges will apply.



-Guest details must be provided at least 48 hours before arrival to guarantee access to the building. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or relocation of your reservation.



-Upon arrival, all guests are required to pay a fee of 30,000 COP per person in cash at the building’s front desk. Please make sure to bring the exact amount corresponding to the total number of guests.



Please note that tent reservation management is a third-party service and user approval may take some time depending on the application. Their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please notify us two days in advance to process your reservation.
