Located just 10 minutes to LakePoint Sports and walking distance to downtown Cartersville with shopping and restaurants, the location is perfect for both relaxation and activity. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking meals together, along with a large dining area for gathering and connecting. Step outside to enjoy your own private heated pool and hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day of activities. The property also offers ample parking, making it easy for multiple vehicles or team travel.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including one with a double head shower, one with a large walk-in shower, and one with a tub—perfect for groups and families. A washer and dryer and a fully equipped coffee bar are also provided for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Full-over-full bunk with trundle + twin-over-twin bunk with trundle
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with twin trundle

Rescheduling (Limited Exception):
At the host’s sole discretion, a one-time reschedule may be offered if:

The request is made at least 30 days prior to check-in, and
The new dates are of equal or greater value, and
The rebooking occurs within 6 months of the original stay.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be denied for any reason.
