We were in the area at Central Arizona Raceway. This property is only a few minutes away which was extremely handy. The property is quiet and felt like a safe neighbourhood. The house itself was dusty but overall clean. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuites but no separate bathroom for guests. Not a big deal for us but worth noting. There is not much nearby as far as groceries, restaurants etc but Casa Grande is only a 20 min drive away.
