Nightmare at the middle of the night

I showed up at the hotel at 11pm at night . The gate keeper asked the residence and owner phone number .i showed him my Expedia confirmation and pre payment .he shocked me, that the residence is occupied .he called the owner , he gave the same answer and there is nothing he could do and hanged up. I was left in the middle of night searching for a place to stay ...it took me one week of phone calls to expedia to get my refund.

FOIREUX !

La somme de la réservation à été prise et encaissé alors que l habitation était occupé. Je me suis retrouvé devant le faite accompli et à attendre devant le complexe alors que hotel.com et le propriétaire eux avaient encaissé la réservation. Vraiment foireux votre système. Jusqu au jour d aujourd'hui pas de remboursement
