This one-family house is located in an absolutely panoramic location in the Casale Marittimo community, at a distance of only 10 km from the beaches of the Etruscan coast. This 3 hectare property is planted with olive trees, the garden is fenced and the surrounding of the house is well tended and one can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea! The house for 6/7 persons on a 180 sq m living space meets sophisticated demands. It is split in 2 floors, through the entrance on the 1st floor one can reach a spacious 57 square meter open living room which leads in to the dining area and the brick kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The furnished roofed-over terrace and the solarium with the brick barbecue lie in front of the house. From the living room you can go to 2 double bedrooms, one room has a doublebed, the other one has a French bed. A staircase leads to the ground floor, where an other huge bedroom is located near the entrance hall. Each bedroom boasts its own comfortable bathroom with a shower cabin. The villa is excellently facilitated and the furnishings are very tasteful. There is a new 50 sqm Terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful View to the Seaside. Private Pool with covered Terrace.!
