Room with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two solid wood bedside tables. Total surface area sqm. 57. Large portico of mq. 45 with table, chairs and sun loungers. Autonomous heating. Safe. Complete kitchen. Oven. LCD TV. Equipped garden of 500 square meters for exclusive use and fully fenced with mesh wire mesh 180 cm high. Wooden frames. Terracotta floors. ceilings in terracotta and wooden beams. Indoor or outdoor covered parking space.
