Villa Abbraccio is an elegant two-story historical villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Abbraccio you will have a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Abbraccio is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.3 km (1.45 miles) from Castelbaldo, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles) and the bus stop at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
You will reach Villa Abbraccio from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Abbraccio you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a small sofa. From the swimming pool you will have a view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of April until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 160 square meters (1720 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by palms. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs and with tables, chairs and a gazebo. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a swing and hammocks.
Half bath 1
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the patio through an external access.
Parking
In this area you will find an electric cars charging point (please note that the use of the charging point is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with characteristic Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are elegant, featuring some antique pieces, and include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. The room has two large windows.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the entrance hall. The floor is paved with characteristic Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are classic, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings include two armchairs. The room has two large windows.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from a corridor going down three steps. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has white exposed beams. Here you will be able to have fun with a pool table and a game table. The furnishings include two armchairs and an upholstered fabric bench. From the game room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has four high windows. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the independent entrance or from a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a divan bed for one guest. The kitchen is also equipped with a smart TV. The kitchen has two windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a king-size bed (200 cm/79 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the dining room through a corridor.
Half bath 2
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it through a corridor.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include a small sofa, a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom is open-plan.
Bedroom 5 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a quadruple room. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
