Tenuta Francigena is a charming Tuscan stone farmhouse set amidst rolling hills, olive groves, and oak woods near Montecatini Terme. With its timeless architecture, lush garden, and spacious outdoor pool, this property offers a serene retreat for families or groups seeking an authentic Tuscan experience. The farmhouse combines rustic charm with modern comforts, featuring tastefully furnished interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor areas designed for relaxation. Its strategic location provides easy access to renowned cultural destinations and natural attractions in Tuscany.
Interior:
The farmhouse spans two floors. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance located under the portico leading to a living area with sofas; large kitchen; tv room and dining area connecting to a multi-purpose space; guest bathroom. Adjacent to the external portico is a guest bathroom with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Also on the first floor with access via a wooden spiral staircase, there is the suite with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
Park:
The 5,000 sq m garden surrounding the farmhouse is bordered by flowers, herbs, and typical Tuscan plants such as laurels, pomegranates, and olive trees. A pergola adjacent to the pool area provides a shaded dining spot equipped with a barbecue. Comfortable seating under the portico creates a cozy outdoor living space. The garden’s natural beauty and tranquil setting enhance the relaxing ambiance.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is located 15 m from the house and offers a peaceful retreat: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 10 x 5 m with a depth of 1.4 m; Salt purification; Internal lighting; Roman steps for access; Solarium area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; Solar shower with hot and cold water. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
