The house has a capacity for 6 people, expandable up to 10 if necessary.
Inside the house, of 215 m2, there is the dining room with air conditioning and access to the terrace and pool, other relaxation areas, a large well-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom suite, two bedrooms and two more bathrooms. In the upstairs bedroom area there is another air conditioning. The decoration is elegant and contemporary as well as well maintained and has abundant accessories that will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava. In the outdoor area there is the 50 m2 swimming pool, the terrace, the parking and a lot of garden, from where you can even see the sea.
