Terraced house of 190 m2 in S'agaró, family atmosphere in private residential "Les punxes", in the most exclusive area of the Costa Brava, away from hustle and a few meters from the beach by direct passage. Near the center and all services (5 min.). Few neighbors. The community area consists of a swimming pool, and a children's area. The house consists of 3 floors. Ground floor: entrance hall, toilet, very large kitchen and large living room and exit to terrace attached to the garden. Lower floor: 4 double bedrooms, (one of them suite with access to the garden) and 2 full bathrooms. 8 places total. Upper floor: large solarium terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the bay of S'agaró and a second terrace with laundry. The house has heating with natural gas and parking space at the door. It has fitted wardrobes in all rooms and is fully furnished and equipped. From the private garden you can directly access the communal area with pool. The house also has a small storage room.
