TD Torretta San Procopio Stone house with Pool

La Torretta di San Procopio is a lovely stone house immersed in a quiet environment a few kilometers from the center of Castellana Grotte. Through a dirt road lined with majestic centuries-old olive trees, you reach the house, completely surrounded by dry stone walls and equipped with an electric gate. A garden with attention to detail, frames the house, with numerous fruit trees and lawn. The main entrance gives access to the living room with wonderful stone vaults, here there is a comfortable sofa bed with armchair and TV, for maximum relaxation. Passing under a stone arch we find a dining table with chairs, all in a combination of minimal modern style with a strong hint of the typical Pugliese style, given by the construction itself. Here there is a bathroom with shower for the house and the kitchenette equipped with every comfort. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a French window that gives access to the outdoor area covered by a patio, which shades a round table with chairs, a kitchen with induction stove and sink, and an area with sofas to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners in conviviality. The garden has a swimming pool (4x10 meters) accessible via a stone staircase adjacent to the patio, which is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, from here you can admire a view of the house and the surrounding countryside. There is also a jacuzzi with a strategic position in the garden, equipped with a special service shower and sun loungers. Through the living room, an internal staircase also made of stone, leads to the first floor where there is the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. This room has exclusive access to the small terrace, equipped with sun loungers, where you can relax and admire the Apulian sunsets with a good glass of wine.
The nearest town is Castellana Grotte, famous for its natural caves, here you will find large supermarkets for every need, as well as restaurants serving typical cuisine. Not far away are Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, with the historic centers on the sea, as well as Alberobello, Ostuni and much more.

Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.
 
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
