Location
The resort is in central Piedmont, just over an hour from Genoa and 1 hour, 30 minutes from Milan. It is a convenient base from which to explore the nearby vineyards around Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Medieval town of Gavi (17 minutes) makes a delightful day trip. In addition to its famous white wine, visitors can enjoy the hilltop castle and a meal at one of the many fine restaurants in the town.

The region is known for its mild climate, and there are many hiking routes in the picturesque countryside.

Fashion lovers will enjoy the Serravalle Designer Outlet (30 minutes), which offers many of Italy’s best-known fashion labels at lower rates.
