Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with a lift, this 49 m² apartment offers a magnificent sea view and optimal comfort for your holiday.
Ideally situated, it is just a few metres from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and seafront promenades.
The apartment consists of a pleasant, bright living area with a sofa bed, TV with French and Spanish channels, and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...).
From the living room, enjoy direct access to the terrace facing the sea, perfect for outdoor meals or admiring the sunset.
The sleeping area includes an alcove bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x190), a modern bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
