The living area leads out to a patio, swimming pool, and offers a south and west-facing position. The villa comprises five rooms, each equipped with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a children's room with one set of bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The villa's amenities include a large, open kitchen outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. For your convenience, there are three showers/WCs throughout the property. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living/sleeping room with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters. Another room on the upper level offers a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a terrace with a shower/WC.
