Privacy for 2 families - right by the sea
Casa 2 is an award-winning architectural dream made of gray Sardinian granite rock. The house with its large patio is located directly on the sandy beach of Sant'Elmo. Only a short walk through the wild maquis separates the characterful villa from the beach, where you can enjoy snorkeling and swimming. By the way: there are many more dream beaches to the north and south of Sant'Elmo. The well-stocked supermarket in Sant'Elmo is within walking distance and in Costa Rei, just a few kilometers away, there is a weekly market for locals and holidaymakers on Thursdays and Saturdays from mid-May to the end of September.

In his award-winning houses, he uses natural materials such as Sardinian granite and wood in a sophisticated way. The light-flooded patio connects two residential units (e.g. for two families) and serves as an outdoor lounge area. The beautifully ingrown garden offers plenty of privacy, then gently merges into a pine forest and ends at the sandy beach and the turquoise blue sea.
