Cottage surrounded by nature near Sea

This little cottage is a jewel for people who like nature and are not afraid of it - neither in person, nor at night - because here you are really alone, surrounded by olive trees and other wild nature, here you can really relax. Nobody will disturb here. If it gets too much for you, you can drive to the beach (about 15 minutes).

Approx. 1000m2 around the cottage are fenced, another 2 ha belonging to the property are connected to the wild nature. Please think about this before you bring your dog.

Apart from eating and relaxing under the pergola, you can walk without end, the gravel road is quite slowly passable, other summer highlights nearby - Punta Ala, Follonica and just Castiglione della Pescaglia.

From Piombino you can book a ferry to Elba.
There are several farmhouses nearby, and it is recommended to taste their products - wine, meat, salami and some others.

The cottage has one room with a double sofa (sofa during the day/double bed at night) , 1 dining table, a pantry (kitchenette) with dishwasher, separate small shower room next to it. TV above the table.

The pergola has a dining table, 2 sunbeds and is covered.
Behind it a room with washing machine and cleaning equipment.

In the kitchen: Kettle, German coffee maker (filter).

In the cottage there is air conditioning, which can heat a little in the colder days.

In the garden barbecue and an inflatable garden hydromassage tub especially for children to cool down.
