The villa is divided into two independent apartments: the ground floor with an enchanting outdoor area and wide sea view, and the first floor with a spectacular panoramic terrace.





The ground floor apartment offers a welcoming and comfortable environment, with a bright living room and dining area thanks to the large windows overlooking the sea. It includes a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 with 2 single beds each), 3 bathrooms and an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and lounge chairs for basking in the sun. The furnishings are simple but refined. It is possible to rent the entire villa with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for a total of 16 beds.
