Mossyard, home of the McConchie family for five generations, is a working farm situated in a magnificent coastal location four miles west of Gatehouse of Fleet. With a choice of sandy beaches a short walk away, the properties at Mossyard have it all.

Meadow Cottage, a semi-detached property and Threaby's other half, is situated in a peaceful location right at the end of the road for the cottages at Mossyard. It has an enclosed garden which enjoys uninterrupted views across our meadow and up Fleet Bay. Well behaved pets are welcome (max 2).

We hope you will enjoy everything that will make your stay at Mossyard feel like home from home. In all our properties we ensure there are all the comforts you need for a truly relaxing break. There are a large selection of DVD's, books and games for your entertainment and a welcome pack of local produce awaits you on arrival. We pride ourselves in providing you with the highest quality equipment, the finest cotton bed linen and luxurious towels - all the small touches that will make your holiday just perfect.

Accessibility
Meadow Cottage is not graded formally for disabled use. We do however take great care in making sure that we offer comfortable accommodation for elderly guests, ambulant disabled and guests with frail mobility. You can drive right up to the door at Meadow Cottage. There is a gravel drive outside the property. There are two steps to get into the property and a small 'lip' on the threshold of the doorway. Once you are inside the property there is a small step from the entrance lobby/utility room into the living room. The rest of the accommodation is then all one level with no more steps.

Dog Friendly Accommodation
We welcome dogs at Mossyard and are happy for them to join you in Meadow Cottage. Dogs charges apply per dog per week. Maximum of 2 dogs.

Food Shopping & Provisions
Asda & Tesco will deliver to Mossyard.
