Comfortable stay with a nice large room with the two queen beds. Easy check-in and luggage carts available would recommend for a more Budget conscious traveler.

It is a decent hotel - clean and comfortable. We just used this as a place to crash after skiing all day. There is a train track that goes directly behind the hotel on the lake side - it's super loud, but only goes by once each evening. Overall it was a good experience and good value.

10 min walk to major restaurants/shops. Nice park right out the back door, great for a run or walking the dog. There is train and street noise but they’re up-front about that and provide ear plugs. Very comfortable budget friendly option.

The train that runs right next to the hotel wasn’t an issue, however we were getting ready for a wedding and unfortunately had no hot water for showers which was very disappointing

Expensive for the type of room. The train blairs it's horn twice a night literally right next to the hotel. The room was clean but hotel is a little shabby and worn down. Like holes or mismatched repairs, dirty carpets. Nice enough if you're not spending time in the room and the staff are nice.

Girl at the front desk was awesome!! Hotel room was cute had everything, we had one with a balcony facing the water was nice. There is a train that passes twice in the night directly behind the hotel so it’s a bit noisy but otherwise great!

The check-in staff (Kiera, in our case) was extremely helpful and welcoming, the bed was SO comfortable and the room was immaculately clean and well stocked. Unfortunately with the construction and the train running (albeit only 2x a day) directly behind our room, though not the fault of the property and something outside their control, it did tend to be a little on the noisy side. Other than that, the property is good value for money.
