Stayed 1 night here for a business trip. They are currently doing renovations so it was a bit of a run around to get to room and gym/pool if necessary. Elevator also wasn't working but that didnt bother me too much. The continental breakfast was laughable and only included if you booked through the hotel and not expedia. The room was dark and the carpet was damp by the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the room was hot without the AC on but the AC unit was very loud when on. Overall 5/10. wouldnt go back until renovations are completed.

Property is run down and seen better days. Restaurant at the front of the building has been closed for some time and has not been kept up and is an eye sore. The card lock system is failing and a major pita. Main halls are covered with cardboard for refurbishment (just guessing).

It’s hard to know where to start. First the front desk staff was lovely and helpful but that's where the good stuff ends. The hallways were covered in cardboard and painters tape (found out later why this is.)Then the room keys did not work and had to be changed, then those keys only worked after about 100 tries… the room reeked like cologne and felt “dank.” There were gross unknown stains on the desk chair and about an hour into the stay we began to feel… itchy. Our patio led out into a CARPETED pool area that was so humid you just knew was crawling with mould and mildew. Honestly not a great place even for the cost… spend 30$ more and go next door to BW.

Bathroom tub appeared to have black mold around the caulking. Continental breakfast not included - declined paying additional charges, typically is included. The night before we stayed at another hotel for same price and included a full breakfast
