The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a multi room apartment, well lit unit with a living room and a bedroom. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.
The space Apt 3A is on the third floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a private bedroom, a living room with a Futon full sized fold out bed and a fold down couch bed. There is an office desk in the bedroom and a separate bathroom. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door.
Guest access The third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The ground floor porch is available for sitting. The boat docks are across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer.
Other things to note There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible. Sorry, no pets.

Convenient and Clean
As always, Paul is a great host. All of his properties are always clean and well-appointed. So close to campus- perfect for a weekend visit for Castleton football!
