This is the perfect home base for couples, a friend group, or families who love hiking, skiing, wine-tasting, or just relaxing while soaking in the natural surroundings.

Access: Most living spaces are on the main (ground) floor. The loft is up the ladder and features a queen mattress.

We welcome pets; however, they must be included in your reservation. A pet fee applies unless you provide proof of a service animal, which includes an official training certificate.

Please note that changes to the dates of the reservation are at the full discretion of the host. Our strict/firm cancellation policy ensures fairness and clarity for all bookings, so we kindly ask that you review it carefully before finalizing your stay.

This policy applies to all reservations confirmed before October 1, 2025.

-Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as the cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in.

-50% refund: Cancel at least 7 full days before check-in.

-No refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

For bookings made on or after October 1, 2025: Firm Policy

This updated policy will apply to all new reservations confirmed on or after October 1, 2025.

-Full refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

-50% refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

-No refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
