No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of ₱5,000 to cover extra cleaning, odor removal, and possible loss of guests for future bookings.

Building Entry Policy:
For everyone’s safety and security, the building management requires 1 valid ID per guest upon entry. Kindly ensure each guest brings their ID, as no ID means no entry. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
