Great hotel with wonderful staff and meals - buffet breakfast spread was amazing and dinner options were great too. Location was great, within short taxi ride to malls. It was a little busy as the hotel is right on Main Street, and there is always traffic in Cebu! The hotel facilities were good, with a gym and rooftop pool. Even with all the lights turned on, the room felt a bit dim. Aside from the lighting, everything was excellent. There is a convenience store and a 24-hour Jollibee next to the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Honestly better than expected for a 4-star hotel. The area in front of the hotel is extremely busy and traffic is always congested. It seemed particularly worse compared to other areas. If you plan to book a Grab, make sure to allow plenty of extra time.
