I have stayed here many times and I like the hotel. But this time there was a problem because the manager of the restaurant decided that my choice of clothes was not appropriate and required that I use a bright red shawl that they gave me to cover my shoulders before I could be seated. What’s next, a burka? There is no published dress code for the dining room. That was humiliating and discrimination. I talked to the manager, they said that they will review that but it sounded like a hollow pat answer. And the body language and attitude seemed to display a self righteous don’t really care message instead. I think next time I’ll go to waterfront.

We, had some date changes & this was no problem, they accept without issue, then we found we had left an important document in the left luggage at the hotel, we were on another island, it was no problem they arranged a security team to open the luggage & email the documents to us , again without any problems, the staff at the hotel are all magnificent, as this why we will stay at this hotel always when in Cebu , on this trip of 8 weeks , we will return 4 times , it’s simply the BEST, thank you to the Team at Quest Cebu

Extensive buffet breakfast. We also had the extensive dinner buffet - so many choices. Clean and comfortable room. Great location across the road from Ayala Mall. Laundry shop a short walk. House of Lechon also a short walk. We stayed here twice, we left our suitcases in hotel storage while we overnighted at Oslob.

Nice hotel that loves sending you messages.

Great hotel right near the mall. The room was nice and clean. There were way too many app messages. I think they sent me about 5 messages before and after. Not what I want to do while on vacation. All of this could've been taken care of directly at the hotel.

This is my second long stay at the Quest close to a month each time. There rooms are great and there buffets are even better. All the staff are nice every one of them. Nice pool and fitness room

In need of a renovations, very dated.

This hotel is clearly in need of maintence. Significant mold, dated heat pump and the gym is 1990s not to mention the cold shower. I called the reception and received a confirmation that I could get a late checkout, subsequently the front desk manager said there wasn’t a call. Better options available elsewhere….

The property was very well located and enjoyable. Easy to get to the Ayala Mall and IT Park. The staff (everyone in all areas) were exceptional and friendly over my 11 day stay. My only "Pet-Peeve" would be the TV system. The in-room channel guide was not "Updated" and did not have a "US News Channel" as one of the channel options. Many travelers I interacted with were from the United States.
