Rude service

Our trip plans changed. Instead of three going we ended up with all 5 of us. They charged us more. We didnt even ask for a roll away bed. It was cold at night & my kids accidentally took the towels from the pool to our room & to even get two towels, which wasnt enough for us, the guy at the front desk said to get towels we had to return the pool towels. He was rude & when my son went to exchange the towels the guy yelled at him saying that we are only 4 people in a room.

Upon checking in, had to wait for staff to get done with their conversation with coworkers. When entering the room, the fridge was not working when calling the front desk. They told me that the maintenance guy was gone and that I would have to wait. I purposely get hotels with fridges for my insulin. Had to go get ice. The ice room was disgusting. The same trash was in there for two nights and three days, the hot tub was green.

This is a nice, basic motel. Parking was easy, the room was clean, the breakfast is standard but good, and it felt safe. The lighting in the parking lot and outside of the rooms is very bright and made me feel safe at night. Checking in was fast and simple. The bed and bedding was super comfortable and the best part about this motel. I would stay here again.
