Four bedroom, 2 bath home with 6 beds provides plenty of room to sleep and relax. The long driveway provides a good amount of off-street parking. Hy-Vee grocery store is located within a block of the house, and there are several restaurants and other businesses nearby. Great for work or vacation while in CR. Please notes 2nd floor shower is being replaced so in the meantime 2nd shower is setup in basement separate from regular bathroom on 2nd floor. Toilet and sink still in operation on 2nd floor. Appreciate your patience while we complete the work.

Great home for family reunion

This home was perfect for our extended family when we were in Cedar Rapids for a family reunion. We were close to the Meth-Wick Community and to the grocery story. All who stayed here were comfortable and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the outdoor covered seating area.

Fun short stay

Great Location and Spacious House

Our family had 7 adults and 1 infant and the space was perfect. The charm of an older home was delightful. The location was in an area where everything you would need was nearby. I never had to contact the owner since all the information was sent in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Older home in quiet neighborhood. Hy-Vee grocery down on the corner. Easy access to interstate and to get around Cedar Rapids. Went to grandson's graduation with kids and grandkids. House was fine for our stay.
