B&B Mariano - Matrimoniale In Trullo

The double room in a trullo,inside a B&B, is immersed in a large property with swimming pool and solarium, barbecue and breakfast room overlooking the pool. The property allows you to spend relaxing vacations in the heart of Puglia.
 
The room is inside a finely renovated traditional trullo, is complete with bathroom shower, air conditioning, refrigerator and TV.

The bed and breakfast is located between Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca, in Valle d`Itria, in the heart of Puglia.
The
center of Ceglie is just 7 km away, there are all the main services, as
well as a beautiful old town and many taverns where you can taste the
delicacies of traditional Apulian cuisine.
Ostuni is only 16 km away. The Adriatic Sea, the beautiful beaches of Ostuni can be reached in about 23 km.
For mountain bikers, a guided excursion to the most beautiful villages in the area is included in the price for those staying in April, May, October and November, either with their own bikes or with the possibility of renting.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (till 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation per day.
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from June to September .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared barbecue and washing machine.
