Wonderful! Nice, peaceful Chateau hotel with big rooms, nice breakfast and dinner! Just 5 miles from town and not far for our visits to Chenonceaux and Chambord Chateau’s. Perfect location for a day slower pace on our adventurous 15 European vacation.

Very nice stay

We had a lovely stay at the chateau and they even helped us with our dirty laundry! The breakfast was nice and the one dinner we had was excellent, plus beautifully presented. I would recommend this to my friends if they were staying in the area.

Surprised.

The staff was helpful but seemed mechanical and condescending. Breakfast is wonderful with many options. The bed was clean but had fist-sized lumps. I was informed by the director that the lumps were special for comfort and that all beds have this special mattresses. I was told to turn off the air conditioning when not in the room. This is unexpected in a highly-rated four star hotel. The staff seems to believe that guests are fortunate to stay.

Lovely Chateux. Recommendation- information from the front desk about how difficult it is to find a parking spot in Blois. The receptionist recommended that we go to Blois for dinner, yet when we got there in our car, we could not find a parking spot and ended up eating at McDonalds. 😝 if we knew ahead about the parking difficulties, we would have taken a cab
