Memnuniyetsizlik

Çatı odası diye verilen oda rutubet kokuyordu ve çift olarak gittiğimiz halde yükseklikleri birbirinden farklı 2 tekli yatak vardı odada. Ayrıca tavan yüksekliği diye bir sorun vardı, kafanızı avizeye vuruyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı da vasattı. (Ekstra olarak otelde satın aldık)

Otelin lokasyonu Expedia sayfasinda dogru yerde degil. Biz oteli Alacati carsi’ya yakin, yurume mesafesinde diye tutmustuk. Ama gercekte carsiya baya bi uzak mesafede. Biz carsiya giderken, her seferinde kendi aracimizla gidip geldik. Otelin ortak kullanim alanlari ve odalari da temiz degildi, calistiran kisiler iyi niyetli ve sizi memnun etmeye calisiyorlar, fakat bize gore, otel isletme tecrubeleri fazla yok. O yuzden de serviste ve temizlikte baya bi eksiklikleri var. Kahvalti sunumu ozentili degildi. Odalar cok kucuktu ve banyo rutubet kokuyordu. Havuz havlularini ve mayolarinizi kurumasi icin serecek veya asacak bi yer bile yoktu. Odalar her gun temizlenmedi, havlular da her gun degismedi. Yiyeceklerin hazirlandigi mutfak havuzun dibinde olmasi da bizce pek dogru degil. Yukarida yazmis oldugum gibi isletmeci ve calisanlar sizi memnun etmeye calisiyorlar ama yeterli degil. Cunku temiz degil ve serviste aksakliklar cok oluyor.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, Hacımemiş mahallesine oldukça yakın. Giriş katında kalıyorsanız dışarıdaki gürültüye katlanmak zorunda kalabilirsiniz. Yan odanızdakiler havuz başı yerine odamızın önünde muhabbet etmeyi tercih edebiliyor gece yarısında.

Banyodaki su gider tıkanıklığı dışında genel olarak iyiydi. Bir çok açık büfe kahvaltı veren otelden daha iyi bir kahvaltısı vardı. Havuzu küçük ama şirin. Lokasyon olarak ise, sessiz güzel ne çok uzak ne çok yakın diyebilirim.

Hayal Kırıklığı!!!

Dört kişilik delux odada konakladım. Ancak küçücük ve dört kişinin konaklaması imkansız. Biz iki kişi kaldık ona rağmen oda da rahat edemedik. Hiçbir şey temiz değildi, lekeliydi, klozet bozuktu, duş alırken tüm banyoyu su basıyordu, mini bar bomboş su bile koymamışlardı, istedik ertesi günler yine koyulmadı. Kahvaltı eksik kağıt kadar peynir bomboş bir kahvaltı sunuluyor. Fotoğraflara aldanmayın. Zaten personelde yok, otel sahibi ve bir adam birlikte yapıyor her şeyi. Keşke kazandıkları parayı birazda müşteriye harcasalardı!!!!

Otel çok temiz, çalışanlar ilgili. Çok memnun kaldık. Tek sorun otelin yeri harita üzerinde yanlış belirtilmişti. Bu sorun da yakın zamanda çözülecektir.
