We're very impressed with the property and restaurants to offer. There's a event at the main building every night which is fun for the whole family. Beach is spacious and the drinks from the servers are endless

Beautiful grounds. Beautiful room and view. Service top notch. Variety in the inclusive resturaunt options. This all inclusive is on the quieter side. Things pretty much go quiet after 10pm, but we liked that for this type of trip. Highly recommend.

The hotel has beautiful grounds, I loved that each building has it's own pool and therefore you can almost always find chairs available. Multiple restaurants and good food although we were never able to get a reservation at the steak house. The staff is very friendly, mostly the waiters and bar tenders. Front desk, not as much. We missed our connecting flight and I was hoping they would accomodate us or give us a break for the night we had already paid but they didn't. It wasn't their fault so I understand and was not expecting it, but better customer service would have been appreciated. What I didn't like was the bedding, they had a blankets instead of comforters and that's big for me. Also, the toiletries were not good, the shampoo and conditioner were horrible.

The ocean view was amazing. The Hotel was lovely although the grounds on the west side of the rooms could use some cleaup, design and manicuring (compared to other resorts). Food was horrible!
