On the ground floor: a spacious living area comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area, and a space with a desk, books, and board games; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm); a pantry; a separate toilet; and a shower room.
Upstairs: a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a separate toilet, and a shower room.
Wi-Fi internet access, free TV, and a smart speaker are provided.
For babies: a travel cot, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat, and potty.
Outside: private parking, a private, unfenced area of approximately 150 m² with a gravel terrace and garden, a barbecue, and garden furniture. An additional garden area is shared with the owners. This traditional Charentaise stone house has been fully renovated. The cottage is attached to a house separated by a wall and located near the owners' house. Each guest enjoys their own private outdoor space with no overlooking neighbors.
The price includes: Rental, bed linens, kitchen linens, utilities, and heating.
The price does not include: Towels, cleaning fee, tourist tax.
