The door to the room creaked and did not close easily. It was unclear whether it actually locked.The mirror was cracked. The shower fittings were broken. The toilet seat was broken and only the short flush worked. The shower soap dispenser lid was missing. One of the lights just glowed. Having said all that, the bed was good, the beakfast good and the staff very pleasant.

Bonjour, ma demande de chambre au RDC n'est pas respecté, hors j'ai appelé plusieurs jours avant mon séjour pour m'en assurer. Le draps de dessous ne reste pas sur le matelas, je l'ai remis 2 ou 3 fois par nuit afin de ne pas toucher directement le matelas. La wifi ne fonctionne pas, la télécommande TV est absente. Chambre pas insonorisée, j'entendais celui de l'étage du dessus se déplacer. Les peintures intérieures des chambres sont à refaire. Est-ce normal de trouver des enfants jouant, entre autre, au ballon, sur le parking, donc autour des voitures

Je commence par le positif : Il y a une chambre, un lit et une douche chaude. Le personnel Ă  la rĂ©ception est souriant et aimable. Maintenant le nĂ©gatif... La chambre sentait la cigarette Ă  plein nez, il y avait des traces douteuses partout sur les murs et pas que des graffitis... Le sol n'Ă©tait pas nettoyĂ© et Ă©tait noir de crasse. Quand vous utilisez la douche, mĂȘme sans la faire couler Ă  fond, l'eau dĂ©borde sur le sol donc impossible de marcher devant le lavabo sans se mouiller les pieds et on en met partout dans la chambre car il n'y a pas de tapis de bain. TrĂšs mauvaise insonorisation, ce qui ne poserait pas de problĂšme si certains clients respectaient les autres (gamins qui crient et qui claquent les portes, adultes qui parlent jusqu'Ă  2h du matin comme en plein jour.) Bref j'ai rĂ©ussi Ă  dormir moins de 2h sur un matelas trĂšs dur donc un mal de dos terrible en plus du mal de tĂȘte. Et puis la cerise sur le gĂąteau : À 21h on fait traĂźner des meubles au-dessus de votre tĂȘte pendant une heure. J'ai appelĂ© la rĂ©ception et ils Ă©taient en train de dĂ©mĂ©nager je ne sais quoi ! En partant le matin j'ai signalĂ© les problĂšmes. Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'incompĂ©tence ou s'ils se fichent complĂštement de leurs clients. On m'a dit que j'aurais dĂ» signaler que la chambre ne me plaisait pas. Il se trouve que mon compagnon et moi n'aimons pas dĂ©ranger ni critiquer mais lĂ , je dois le signaler. On ne loue pas des chambres dans cet Ă©tat si on est honnĂȘte.

Notre séjour a été conforme à notre attente. le logement n'est pas trÚs grand mais assez pour y mettre tous nos sacs, et pouvoir tourner autour du lit. Tout était ok, jusqu'au moment de relever la cuvette des toilettes. C'est vraiment domage, et je crois sincÚrement que c'est un oubli, car le reste etait OK.

ArrivĂ© trĂšs bien mais arrivĂ© dans la chambre. TrĂšs déçu de la poussiĂšre sous le lit datant je pense depuis un petit moment , n’ont pas de quelques jours dans la salle de bain, le savon Ă  main qui coule partout et mĂȘme une partie sur la paroi de l’adhĂ©sif sur la tĂ©lĂ© je savais mĂȘme pas ce qu’il faisait lĂ , mĂȘme si la chambre d’hotel n’était pas cher un minimum de propretĂ© aurait Ă©tĂ© la bienvenue
