Located in the centre of Chamonix within a charming residential building set in open gardens, it is just a minute's walk from both the Aiguille du Midi and the main bus stop, giving easy access to the Chamonix ski areas. The apartment is light and airy and is fully equipped with every modern convenience to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The Location:

Apartment La Roseraie is just moments from one of Chamonix’s most popular attractions, the Aiguille du Midi. This gondola ascends to 3,842m, offering spectacular views of Mont Blanc and serving as the starting point for the famous off-piste ski descent, the Vallée Blanche. Chamonix’s pedestrianised high street, with its wide range of shops, restaurants and amenities, is just a five-minute walk away, and there is a fantastic bakery just around the corner from the apartment. Chamonix Sud bus station, the valley’s main transport hub, is also only a two-minute walk away. From here, regular buses provide easy access to all the ski areas and villages throughout the valley, as well as destinations further afield, including Geneva and Italy. Apartment La Roseraie is perfectly located for making the most of everything Chamonix has to offer.

The Details:

Apartment La Roseraie features a modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The sofa converts into a sofa bed if you're travelling as a party of three, and the living area includes a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and filter coffee machine, while a washing machine and tumble dryer allow you to pack lightly for longer stays. The spacious bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements and can be configured as either a double or twin room. Outside, guests have access to a shared balcony with views towards Mont Blanc, as well as a ski locker for securely storing equipment.

What’s Included:

Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.

Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night, per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Agency apartments.

Payment Terms and Cancellation:

To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of €4.60 per adult, per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card provided 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification before the balance is collected.

If you cancel your booking by email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.

Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €250 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of your stay. The deposit will be released following check-out.
