The sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed in the living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and two bunk beds in the entrance hall. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Guests can access a ski room, laundry facilities in the building (extra charge), and an outdoor parking space, subject to availability. Pets are welcome.

The residence is ideally located just 100 meters from the cable car and snowpark, with shops and restaurants nearby. Guests must pay a tourist tax and a refundable deposit.
