Et greit rom, men dusjen var ikke i orden. Dusjhodet måtte holdes i hånden da festet var borte. Kaldt bade-gulv, men antar at det er normalt på vinteren? I resepsjonen savnet vi noen som kanskje kunne litt engelsk, men ellers OK? Hun som som serverte mat i restauranten, er svært dyktig og kan virkelig jobben sin. Une 1ère chambre sale avec des toiles d araignées et des araignées. On nous change de chambre immédiat c est bien. Là la chambre est bien. Par contre le pimmeau de douche ne marche pas, l eau chaude est inversee par rapport à l eau froide, le seche cheveux ne fonctionne pas, une alese sans drap est mis sur le lit nous ayant fait rever de chaud cette nuit malgré la clim Sincèrement on dirait que l hotel est plus entretenu , Et tout ca pour 160 euros c est une honte surtout pour un.mercure

Pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles!

Très déçu par le service au restaurant et au petit déjeuner (une personne qui devait gérer la réceptio, la cuisine et le service). Notamment car nous avons payer pour une demi-pension pour deux adultes et un enfant. Arrivé là-bas on nous a fait payer un menu enfant en supplément (une petite pizza surgelé et un brownie). Très bof! Pour nous aussi c'était pas terribles. Le menu demi-pension c'était terrine et rouget, pas de de dessert, pas de boisson. Sinon faut payer en supplément pour prendre à la carte. Très moyen pour un 4 étoiles.

A fuir ! Salariés rentrent dans la chambre la nuit

Inadmissible !!! 2 salariés de l’hôtel sont rentrés dans ma chambre à 23h pendant que j’étais sous la douche ! Sans avoir toqué au préalable, je suis vite sortie en entendant ma porte d’entrée s’ouvrir. Si je n’étais pas sortie aucun des 2 se seraient excusés, j’ai dû sortir de ma chambre pour savoir pourquoi ils étaient rentrés ! Les « professionnels » ne se sont à peine excusés et la personne qui est rentré n’a rien dit !! Pas même un « excusez moi » rien !! L’hôtel se dit « safe » mais complètement inadmissible d’avoir des personnes qui rentrent dans la chambre et notamment en pleine soirée ! je n’ai jamais vu ça !! De plus, l’hôtel a soit disant 4 étoiles mais ça ne se voit absolument pas! Les chambres sont abîmées et vieillottes, j’ai changé de chambre une première fois car le verrou était cassé. J’ai aussi parlé avec d’autres clients qui ont changé de chambres 3 fois !! La dernière n’était dû à la présence de cafard dans une chambre « privilège » ils étaient également très mécontent. Bref je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds !! A fuir !!

Hôtel décevant : coffre et mini frigo HS, nettoyage superficiel de la chambre : poussière et cheveux sur le lit. Plateau thé café non disponible à notre arrivée. Ce n’est que le lendemain matin qu’on a vu que le frigo ne fonctionnait pas or nous avions nos médicaments et des denrées périssables... la réception le savait mais ne nous a pas prévenus... or nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ce type de service. Nous regrettons cette réservation et le prix payé.
