Indoor Facilities
Each villa spans 75 sqm across two floors and offers two comfortable bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom in each villa features a Coco-Mat king-size bed with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. In one villa, the upper bedroom features a king-size bed that can be converted into two singles upon request; in the other villa, the upper bedroom offers twin beds that can be configured into a king-size upon request. These upstairs bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, Smart TVs, air conditioning, and private balconies. Additionally, each villa offers a flexible room with a sofa bed, available for a fifth guest upon prior request at an extra cost.
The bright living areas open directly to the private pool terraces and include cosy seating, Smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and fully equipped modern kitchens with breakfast bars.


Outdoor Facilities
Outdoors, each villa boasts a 25 sqm private swimming pool, sun loungers, poolside shower, and a pergola-covered dining area with electric BBQ -- perfect for relaxed al fresco meals. Private on-site parking is also available.
With a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 private pools, VillAgioi Twin Villas can accommodate up to 8 guests (or 10 with optional sofa beds), offering an ideal setting for families and friends seeking a memorable beachside escape in Crete. A small connecting gate between the pool terraces of the two villas allows guests to enjoy easy access between the properties, while still preserving privacy when desired.
The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability.With a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 private pools, VillAgioi Villas can accommodate up to 12 guests (or 15 with optional sofa beds), offering an ideal setting for families and friends seeking amemorable beachside escape in Crete. A small connecting gate between the pool terraces of the first two villas (VillAgioi Villa I & VillAgioi Villa II) allows guests to enjoy easy access between the two properties.


VillAgioi Villas are part of a group of five villas owned and managed by the same host.
There are two neighbouring complexes located on the same property: VillAgioi Villas Complex consists of three villas, each with 2 bedrooms & VillaSaints Complex includes two villas, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay.


6/7-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every day except Sundays & public holidays. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.


Resilience fee to the climate crisis
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8EUR per night/villa from April to October and 2EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.


Please be advised that there is currently some construction activity on a neighboring property. While no disturbance has been reported by previous or current guests, we share this information for transparency, always prioritizing your comfort and overall experience.
